It’s time to get your healthcare decisions in order!  We all put this off because we always think we have plenty of time to get this done.  Unfortunately so many people pass without all of the important paper work filled out.  This week (April 16-22) is National Healthcare Decisions Week, so this is the week to get it all completed!
